twrpme: huawei: drop hi6250 emui 5 twrp

* I want to drop this because I want to avoid people using wrong recoveries.
* Since I renamed myself on Github (GG2501YT -> A2L5E0X1), this twrp doesn't build anymore anyways
* I also no longer want to build and maintain TWRP.

About Project

This is the twrp.me Jekyll project for the twrp.me website. Maintainers submitting new devices are requested to add their device markdown page to the correct oem directory. This makes sure that we add the correct information to the web site when a new devices is created.
