* add "*_hash_iterate()" function
* add flags argument to *_list_del() that allows the listptr to be set
  to the previous or next element
* add a generic pointer type to replace *_listptr_t and *_hashptr_t ???

* rename functions:
	*_list_next	=> *_listptr_next()
	*_list_prev	=> *_listptr_prev()
	*_hash_next	=> *_hashptr_next()
* start using "*_list_t" and "*_hash_t" instead of "*_list_t *" and
  "*_hash_t *" ?
* add prefixes to structure member field names
