Fix mips64 minadbd_test build.

Looks like the mips64 linker isn't as good as the others at GCing
unused stuff, which means it needs libcutils.

mm -j && m ramdisk-nodeps && m recoveryimage-nodeps

# To boot into the new recovery image
# without flashing the recovery partition:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot boot $ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT/recovery.img
