updater: Drop the support for BBOTA v1 and v2.

The script support for BBOTA v1 and v2 has been dropped in commit
8fad03e7712082eb880ffaaffb69eb13252ce220 (platform/build).

Bug: 33694730
Test: Apply an incremental with the new updater.
