Move rangeset.h and print_sha1.h into otautil.
Also drop the "bootable/recovery" path in LOCAL_C_INCLUDES from
applypatch modules.
Test: lunch aosp_{angler,bullhead,fugu,dragon,sailfish}-userdebug;
mmma bootable/recovery
